How it Works
The underlying inspection technologies in GlueChek™ allows the system to automatically learn the acceptable gluing pattern on its own, requiring no parameters or input from machine operations. Setup literally takes 5 seconds.
GlueChek™ takes a picture of every box using high-speed digital camera technology, and analyzes the high-resolution images in real-time. This glue inspection technology was designed specifically for use on Flexo Folder Gluers and Specialty Folder Gluers using either glue extrusion systems or glue wheels at speeds exceeding 28,000 boxes/hour.
